Catching a wave

When surfing, catching a wave is the most difficult thing to do.

Start paddling to early and the wave will crash over you.
Start paddling too late and the wave will pass underneath you.
You have to start paddling at precisely the right time:

The right time is different for each individual wave.

The difference between surfing and business is that with surfing you get an opportunity every 30 to 60 seconds...
