you're angry, offended, hurt, disappointed with someone, the other is not the
problem.
The
other person is never the problem.
The
problem is our reaction.
To
react peacefully:
- Take a breath.
- Don’t act.
- Examine the idea you have about how they should act.
- Toss your expectation into the ocean.
- Smile.
- Act with compassion.
